Donation Request

Lions clubs make a difference. Money raised by Cuyuna Range Lions Club is returned to the community, region, state, or Lions Club International in the form of cash donations.

Donation Request may be made by submitting a letter to the club at the address listed below or by completing the Donation Request Form below with necessary details explaining your request.

Guidelines for donation requests:

Approval of requests from organizations is limited to one per year.
Requests must align with Cuyuna Range Lions Club priorities.

2. Humanitarian Needs
3. Community Projects
4. Lions Projects

Request may be referred to outside resources
Cuyuna Range Lions Club reserves the right to make exceptions to these guidelines
